Our client are a local leading employer and due to recent growth of the company they are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support the Account Management function of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales process which will include the following main responsibilities:

  • Order processing
  • Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock control
  • Liaising with couriers regarding deliveries, proactively dealing with any delivery issues that may arise
  • Generating sales orders and passing these over to accounts
  • Liaising with clients regarding there orders and discussing product suitability where applicable.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an administrative role and possess good Word and Excel skills.
