Job: Part Qualified/ Qualified Accounts

Our clients are a leading firm of Chartered Accountants based in Macclesfield and due to recent growth of the company they are now looking to recruit a Part Qualified or Qualified Accounts person to join the team.

Our client is an established chartered accountancy firm who pride themselves on their wealth of experience, knowledge and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate the following skills/ capabilities:

  • Preparing Limited Company, Partnership and Sole Trader accounts.
  • Monthly Management accounts including use of an on-line accounting software
  • Reporting to both Partner and Client facing.
  • Assisting with Audits
  • Software experience in Sage, Iris and Xero
  • Preparation and submission of Company Tax Returns, Income Tax Returns and associated filing of accounts.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an accurate filing system
  • Responsible for portfolio of Clients
  • Work scheduling and training of junior members of staff
