Job Information

Our client are a fast paced, dynamic company based in Lymm and due to growth of the company they are now looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to work within there busy accounts department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including:

  • Processing Sub-contractor invoices
  • Maintaining the CIS section of construction manager
  • Verifying sub-contractors to the CIS scheme
  • Making payments to sub-contractors & suppliers
  • Paying wages on a monthly basis
  • Processing staff expences on a monthly basis
  • Maintaining the Directors Loan Account
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining Sage Line 50
  • Maintaining Construction Manager
  • Producing Cashflow Forecasts
  • Carrying out month end procedures to enable the company accountants to produce management accounts
  • Liaising with the company factoring facility
  • Raising customer invoices / credits
  • Processing customer payments

Due to the variety and content of the role we are ideally looking for candidates who are familiar with spreadsheets and Sage Line 50.

Flexible working hours are available for this role to cover 3 full days per week. Basic salary is approx £18,000 per annum pro rata based upon the hours worked.
