Our client are a local leading employer who supply payment solutions to small to medium sized companies, Due to growth of the company they are now looking to recruit a self motivated and conscientious Finance Operations Assistant.

The primary focus of the role is responsibility for maintaining and updating merchant bank details and ensuring that all key outputs are completed accurately and timely, the key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Direct Debits (BACS) processing
  • Maintaining Cash Postings – Tetra/ Origins
  • Bespoke Head Office reporting
  • ADDACS and AUDDIS processing
  • Remedy Tasks
  • Investigate and resolve merchant billing and transaction queries
  • Monitor and Maintain merchant Credit Limits
  • Police Liaison for DPA and Store location enquiries
  • Head Office reconciliation and query resolution.
  • Credit Check processing
  • Monitor Department Status and SLA’s
  • System and transaction integrity
  • Customer Refund request
  • To undertake any reasonable request as directed.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible and adaptable approach to work with ideally a financial background, you will have the ability to work as part of a team, unsupervised and under pressure – meeting all deadlines.
