Job: Industrial Recruitment Consultant

THE COMPANY

Our client are one of the Uk’s leading providers of Industrial and Driving recruitment services and due to recent growth of the company they are now looking to recruit an experienced Industrial Consultant to work from there Swindon offices.

THE ROLE

The primary aim of the role is to match candidates to client requirements in order to maximise the sales potential of your desk.
You will provide excellent customer services to both candidate and clients to give yourself the competitive edge over others.
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build professional relationships and overcome objections is essential.

You will have a strong, stable background, be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and thrive on working in a fast paced sales environment with a good business track record

THE REQUIREMENTS

Previous Recruitment Consultancy experience is essential.
A Proven track record within a targeted telesales or sales environment
A full UK driving license
