Job: Recruitment Consultant

Our client are one of the largest Industrial and Driving recruitment agencies in the UK and due to growth of the company they are looking to recruit an experienced Driving Consultant to help grow the business. Working from there Swindon offices, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: JOB SUMMARY

• Working with a multi-branch high-street recruitment agency
• Reporting into the Divisional Manager – Driving
• Lots of autonomy – no micro-management
• 360 Recruitment Consultant role – sales and servicing
• Develop a new desk within an established high-street branch
• Tap into current Contract & PSL Account opportunities
• Grow a portfolio of new business across your geographic
• Develop your career to Managing Consultant supporting new desks in other offices

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/ attributes:

• At least 12 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• A full understanding of driving regulations and legal requirements
• A proven history of developing a desk and generating temp margin
• An absolute self-starter that doesn’t need hand-holding and can create their own success

For an experienced Recruitment Consultant our client is offering:

• Basic salary up to £25k
• Uncapped commission scheme – no thresholds
• 22 days holiday, car allowance incentive, monthly & annual incentives
• On-going training and career progression
