Job: Sales Executive – Bristol

Our client are a nationwide leading financial services company specilaising in the sub prime market and due to recent growth of the company they are looking to recruit an experienced sales professional to work from there Bristol operation. The role is to receive telephone applications for car credit from the call centre and to convert them into the maximum number of car sales possible, you are responsible for ensuring that each sale is completed correctly and in line with the company’s processes. The role can be split into two areas: Telesales and Showroom Sales and the key responsibilities are as follows: Telesales

• To answer the telephone within 2 rings
• To build and maintain strong customer relationships and trust.
• To appoint as many customers as possible into the showroom within 48 hours of there application.
• To ensure that the customer attends the appointment and brings with them the relevant documentation to allow the vehicle to be released on the day of purchase.

Showroom Sales

• To identify customer needs accurately and adapt effectively to different customers circumstances and individual personalities.
• To test drive the chosen vehicle on the prescribed route, ensuring that both trade plates are displayed in line with the legal requirement.
• To ensure that once the sale is completed all documentation is signed in line with the company policy and regulatory requirements.

The sales executive is the public face of the company and as such you must convey a professional and positive manner at all times which includes grooming and personal presentation. The ideal candidate will have direct or related sales experience, a strong telesales or customer services background would also be beneficial. A full driving licence is mandatory at all times.
