desk that immediately grabs my attention.\nNot because of the salary.\nNot because of the job title.\nBut because it&#8217;s genuinely different from almost everything else currently on the market.\nToday was one of those days.\nMuch of my morning was spent speaking with potential candidates for a Senior Business Development Manager position based in Cheshire, and the more conversations targets<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"uezs53\" data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1732\">Rinse and repeat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThere&#8217;s absolutely nothing wrong with that.\nBut after a while, many experienced sales professionals start asking themselves a simple question:\n&#8220;What am I actually building?&#8221;\nBecause in many organisations, the moment a new financial year starts, the commission clock resets and you effectively begin again.\nThe effort invested last year stays with the business.\nThe salesperson starts from zero.\nThat&#8217;s why today&#8217;s conversations felt
