We recruit at three levels

Senior Consultant

  • Management of at least one person increasing to a team on five.
  • Proven ability to train, mentor motivate and manage and take accountability

To ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of customer service. To understand and match the needs of both clients and candidates providing a quality tailored recruitment service whilst continually meeting and exceeding targets.

You will be responsible for expanding on the existing permanent and temporary client base within your sectors, establishing Howard James Recruitment as a sector expert.

Recruitment Consultant

Resourcer

To understand and match the needs of both clients and candidates to provide a quality tailored recruitment service whilst continually meeting and exceeding targets. To resource quality candidates and support Recruitment Consultants  and Principle Consultants to ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of customer service.
