Our client are leading nationwide construction company and due to recent growth of the company they are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team based in St. Asaph.
About the role
As a Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all site-based activities for our residential sites ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, to the required standards within budget, whilst maximising client satisfaction. You’ll also be in control of monitoring site progress in the form of weekly internal site meetings and reporting on site progress in the form of site meetings, and reports.
What you’ll be doing
Based from the St. Asaph offices with travel to site when required across North Wales and the North West, you’ll be formulating and agreeing main contract programmes, controlling the contractual correspondence of the development and overseeing preparation and issuing of Operating and Maintenance manuals.
Who we’re looking for
Ideally you will have experience of working within the residential sector with a strong technical aptitude matched with strong leadership skills. The Contracts Manager is responsible for encouraging, developing and supporting the site team so strong management skills are essential.
