Job: Sales Negotiator – Property

Our client are one of the UK’s leading Construction and Development businesses and due to recent growth of the company they are looking to recruit an experienced, Sales Negotiator to sell properties on the company’s new build site in central Chester.

The main duties of the role are as follows:

  • Arrange and conduct viewings/ appointments on the development to achieve sales target.
  • Treat all customers and enquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure all sales prospects are promptly followed up, assisted where needed to achieve a reservation as soon as possible.
  • Follow all reservations through the sales procedures to achieve timely exchange of contracts, by Liaising/ cross checking with clients, financial advisors and all solicitor’s parties.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the entire sales journey from reservation to client receiving the keys to their new home.
  • Carry out the necessary client appointments require on site throughout the process e.g. colour choices for any required sales stock pots.
  • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports/ paperwork.
  • Be aware of any direct competition in the area, as well as local market conditions and complete monthly reports.
  • Liaise weekly with any appointed estate agents.
  • Other relevant tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/ attributes:

  • Good Administration skills
  • Very good negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Excellent customer care skills.

You will be a proven sales professional and be able to demonstrate where you have previously worked to targets, ideally within the property industry.

Core hours are Thursday to Monday, 10.30am – 5pm and the earning potential for this role is uncapped.
