Our Guarantee to you
- Howard James Recruitment (The Agency) agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, induce, or attempt to recruit any employee candidate placed with the Employer during the term of their employment.
- Where a placed candidate terminates their employment with the employer, The Agency will not represent the candidate until 1 month after the last day of employment.
Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to treat all information related to each other's business, including but not limited to candidate details, hiring processes, and business strategies, as confidential.
- The Agency undertakes not to disclose any information about the Employer's employees to third parties without prior written consent.
