IFA Administrator

Howard James Recruitment is seeking a Client Administrator to provide operational and client support within a growing Wealth Management practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator with experience in financial services to join a professional and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients and third parties, ensuring high levels of client service.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for advisors, ensuring ongoing review timescales are met.
- Prepare documentation ahead of meetings and manage follow-up correspondence.
- Input and maintain client information accurately in internal CRM systems.
- Liaise with head office, admin centres, and third parties as required.
- Attend professional forums and workshops for personal development.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IFA / Wealth Management administration.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, advisors, and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Flexible approach to day-to-day activities and business needs.
