Title Office Administator
Salary £20-24k
Location Stretton, Warrington

Office Administrator

Our client is looking for an administrator, preferably with customer service and sales administration experience, to work Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility on hours)

Key responsibilities

  • Sales order processing
  • Supplier order processing and monitoring
  • Stock control
  • Post and Packing
  • Basic Credit Control
  • Assisting with marketing projects and social media
  • Updating price lists

This is not an exhaustive list but you may have additional skills that you can bring to the role and our company so please advise us of these in your application

Key skills required

  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Sage Accounts experience useful but not essential
  • Ability to work flexibly within a small team

Salary is pro-rata £20-24k depending on hours and experience
