Key Tasks:

  • Creating daily shipping & collections manifests (UK, Ireland, Europe)
  • Liaising with customers/suppliers regarding deliveries and delays and updating Realtime
  • Calculate shipment size to book the correct vehicle to suit sales orders e.g., oversized / offloading / artic.
  • Export and Import collections/deliveries.
  • Control storage of finished goods stored off site.
  • Control storage of parts stored off site.
  • Arrange deliveries with third party couriers.
  • Arrange FedEx shipments.
  • PODs for sales/parts and service deliveries.
  • Ordering paint/powder stock.
  • Ordering Chinese hardware.
  • Answering the phone to customers and suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Create a close relationship with customers and suppliers.
  • Generating daily shipping figures including delivery on time.

 

Key Requirements for Role:

  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Communicate regularly and affectively with production.
