Job: Collections Agent

Our client are a leading firm of collections agents’ working commercially on behalf of companies across the UK to recover outstanding monies and due to growth of the company they are now looking to recruit an experienced Collections Agent to help meet increased business demand.

Job Role

The role of Collections Executive in Northwich will include the following duties:

• Actively chasing outstanding debt
• Maximise collections activity by resolving customer payments
• Negotiating quality payment
• Build good customer relationships

To be considered for the Collections Executive position you must:

• Have worked in a collections environment
• Be able to work to targets and in a pressurised environment
• Be able to think independently
• Have excellent communication skills.
