Where client-specific terms have not been agreed and formally accepted in writing, Howard James Recruitment Trading Ltd and Howard James Ltd trade under the general terms of business below. Please download and retain the version that applies to your engagement.
General Terms of Business v1.2
Applies to: All services and engagements from 1 January 2026 to date.
These are the terms currently in force for all recruitment services provided by Howard James Recruitment Trading Ltd and Howard James Ltd where no client-specific agreement is in place.

Where no client-specific terms have been agreed in writing, all engagements are governed by the current general terms of business above.
Client-specific terms
If your business has agreed specific terms with Howard James Recruitment in writing, those terms take precedence over the general terms for your engagement.
