The Role

Working three days per week, from 9.00am to 5.00pm, you will provide a welcoming first point of contact and support with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Routing calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Carrying out general administrative duties
  • Meeting and greeting customers
