What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll take ownership of key payroll and HRIS functions, including:

• Overseeing an outsourced payroll provider to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Acting as the main point of contact for payroll and pensions queries
• Managing and maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS)
• Producing reports and analysing workforce data
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with legislation
• Supervising and developing a Payroll & HRIS Assistant

It’s a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
