What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key payroll and HRIS functions, including:
- Overseeing an outsourced payroll provider to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Acting as the main point of contact for payroll and pensions queries
- Managing and maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS)
- Producing reports and analysing workforce data
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with legislation
- Supervising and developing a Payroll & HRIS Assistant
It’s a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
