Applies to: All services and placements from 1 January 2026 to date.

These are the terms currently in force for all recruitment services provided by Howard James Recruitment Training Ltd and Howard James Ltd where no client-specific agreement is in place.

How our terms of business work

General Terms

Where no client-specific terms have been agreed in writing, all placements are governed by the current general terms of business above.

Client Specific Terms

If your business has agreed specific terms with Howard James Recruitment in writing, those terms take precedence over the general terms for your placement.

When Terms Update

When our terms are updated, all services and placements operate under the latest terms. The version applicable to your placement is not determined by the date services were provided.
